Retail Sales Manager (GAIN CITY)

Job Description:
Manage showroom and retail sales operations
Plan and implement sales strategies
Lead and motivate a team if retail staff to meet the sales target with high level of customer service
Responsible for outlet Profit and Loss and stock inventory


Requirements:
GCE "O" level and above
At least 5 years of experience in the retail/service industry with 2 years in managerial position
Able to work retail hours with a service-oriented mindset is a must
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
A self-starter, innovative and highly result driven
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
